Special Waiver for the Satellite Ski Club 2025 Chamonix Trip
- This is in addition to the standard deposit and cancellation policy. https://www.satelliteskiclub.org/resources/satellite-ski-club-trip-signup-refund-policy/ This is because the hotel and airline has imposed a cancellation policy on this trip that is different than the Satellite Ski Club policy. These deposits are dictated by the hotel and airline and the ski club has no control over it.
First deposit ($1600) is due on signup.
Final payment is due Jan 2, 2025.
- Travel to foreign countries involves certain risks. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance. Talk to your insurance agent to determine what your current coverage is.
- We make the best estimate possible of the final price. The final price may change depending on participation, departure taxes, security fees, airport facility charges, fuel charges, etc., may be imposed or changed at any time. These are beyond our control and will be due with final payment..

- The airline does not permit deviations from the itinerary.
- You will be required to be a member of the Satellite Ski Club during the 2024-2025 season. If you are not a member at time of final payment, membership dues will be added to your final payment.
- You must have a valid passport with an expiration date at least six months after the completion of the trip.
- Refund policy for this trip only. Please note that these dates are when the Travel Agent must be notified. You must notify the Satellite Ski Club at least 3 days prior to these dates to allow for communication delays.
